WEEK OF DECEMBER 20th !

I hope this week is a wonderful one for you and your family!

The First Graders will be busy little elves this week.  We are making Hershey Kiss treat bags for the residents at Montgomery Nursing Home.  I will deliver those on Tuesday or Wednesday.  The Christmas book marks were mailed to the Veterans Hospital over the weekend and are sure to bring some well deserved smiles to the residents there.

Thank you for your generous gifts for the 4- 5 year old boy and girl.  I was able to make 4 bags
because you donated so many gifts!!

The class is working in pairs to write and illustrate their own Nativity Story.  I am very pleased at how hard they are working and how well they are working together.

Our Spelling words this week are: going, because, new, have, this said, make were, that, many
